Could MySpaceIM make MySpace worth $37 billion?

Although there is nothing special in this instant messenger, it’s currently in beta so you can’t really expect much. Could the app become something to revive the social status of the social network? To compete with Facebook and make it worth the rumored swap of 25% of Yahoo reported by The Times, it would need a bit more.
